RelyApps ("we", "our", or "us") is a software development business based in Bengaluru, India, that builds productivity apps distributed through third-party platform marketplaces. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

RelyApps builds and distributes apps through third-party platform marketplaces (such as the Freshworks Marketplace), headquartered in Bengaluru, India. These apps extend the platforms your team already uses by connecting them with other services or automating repetitive workflows.

What data we access

Our apps access only the data necessary to perform the specific function of each app. This typically includes records such as contacts, companies, tickets, or assets within the platform you have installed the app on — and, where applicable, corresponding records in connected third-party services.

We do not access billing information, agent credentials, private communications, or any data beyond what is required for the app to function. Each app's listing page describes the specific data it accesses.

How we use your data

Data accessed by our apps is used solely to provide the app's functionality. Specifically:

• To read, create, and update records as directed by the app's logic.
• To maintain operational state such as configuration settings, sync status, and authentication tokens.

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the app you installed.

Data storage and location

App configuration and operational state — including sync settings and encrypted authentication tokens — are stored on infrastructure hosted in the EU West (Netherlands). We use Railway as our hosting provider for backend services. Data stored on Railway is subject to Railway's own privacy practices.

We retain this data only as long as your app installation is active. When you uninstall an app, we delete all associated data from our systems within 30 days.

Third-party services

Our apps may act as a bridge between multiple platforms and services. When data is transmitted to a third-party platform, it is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms. We transmit only the data you have configured the app to process.

We currently use the following third-party infrastructure provider:

• Railway — backend hosting and compute. Data processed by our apps may pass through or be stored on Railway's infrastructure in the United States.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. This includes HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for authentication credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take this responsibility seriously and review our practices regularly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about your installation.
• Request deletion of your data — uninstall the app and contact us to confirm removal.
• Ask questions about how your data is handled.
