These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of apps and services provided by RelyApps ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using any RelyApps product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

RelyApps builds and distributes productivity apps through third-party platform marketplaces. Our apps extend the platforms your team already uses — connecting them with other services, automating workflows, or surfacing data where you need it most.

2. Eligibility

You may use our apps if you have a valid account on the platform through which the app is distributed, and the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation. By installing an app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps only for their intended purpose and in compliance with:

• These Terms
• The terms of any marketplace through which the app is distributed
• The terms of any connected third-party platforms
• All applicable laws and regulations

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our apps.
• Use our apps to process data in a way that violates applicable privacy laws.
• Use our apps in a way that disrupts or harms other users or third-party platforms.
• Share your access credentials with unauthorised parties.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data processed through our apps. We access your data solely to provide the app's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and transmit any data that flows through our apps.

5. Third-party services

Our apps integrate with third-party platforms and services, and rely on third-party infrastructure providers (such as Railway for backend hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of those services. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

Data processed by our apps may be stored or transmitted through infrastructure located in the EU West (Netherlands). By using our apps, you acknowledge and accept this.

6. Availability

We aim to keep our apps reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue an app at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

7. Intellectual property

Our apps, including their code, design, and documentation, are owned by RelyApps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelyApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps — including data loss, sync failures, automation errors, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them through the relevant platform marketplace. We may suspend or terminate your access to an app if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
